Shop
The shop page may have links to MP3 or similar format music which is free to download from the site, Chuganaut make no claims as to the quality of such downloads, we always recommend that an original CD is purchased, we also support anti-pirating protocols. Where your service provider makes charges to download web site files these charges are your responsibility.
Other merchandise items that are available from time to time are; Tee shirts in a range of sizes, Small posters which have stylised band members signatures, various stickers, etc, items of clothing may not be returned unless faulty upon receipt as we are not allowed to resell clothing that has already been worn.
CD’s available via the site will be despatched once payments arranged with Chuganaut have been cleared. If you require a receipt please request one at time of making payment arrangements. CD’s are non returnable, faulty items will be exchanged once returned.

Lyrics and Tabs
Lyrics are copyrighted to Chuganaut Limited and are provided to encourage you to sing along when playing our music. Actions suggested in the lyrics are solely for musical entertainment purposes, no responsibility is accepted for any accidents, unwanted outcomes, etc, where any person undertakes any activity stated in the lyrics. Tabs where provided are to enable guitarists to render similar music to that produced by Chuganaut, note that effects pedals may be used for live performances and recordings.

Guest Book
Entries made in the Guest book are not from Chuganaut Limited unless formally acknowledged by it, entries by third parties are encouraged to share their experience of a show or meeting a band member, other entries or comments are the opinion of the author and any offence or liability rests with that author, Chuganaut Limited cannot verify any contact details or names and will not enter into any communications on this subject or the contents of any Guest book entry. Every endeavour is made to mediate any deemed offensive entries. Chuganaut Limited reserve the right to edit, abbreviate or delete any Guest book entries.

Email addresses for band members will remain unlisted on this site, however the members are keen to see communications directed to them and the management team will redirect appropriate communications either emailed or posted at their sole discretion.
